Please click here for directions to Camp Nobebosco, and a camp map of where our cabin is, where to check in, etc...  Arrival can be anytime after 8:30am on Saturday. Travel time from Verona is roughly one hour and ten minutes.

You must check in with the Camp-master. The official policy of the camp is that you must carry your gear to the cabin. On occasion, they have let us drive up and drop off gear. It depends upon the condition of the camp road, and from my experience, what type of mood the ranger is in!

The camp has advised me that they need us at the shooting sports field at 12pm. BB range will be first, followed by archery. I inquired if we could push it later in the day to accommodate our Scouts that have other morning commitments, but it is not an option as they have other units scheduled on the ranges that afternoon.

The Pack will provide dinner (hot dogs / hamburgers), a light breakfast on Sunday morning, water, hot chocolate, and coffee/tea.  We will need people to help prepare dinner.

You should bring:
 -a packed lunch for Saturday
- snacks, sides dishes or deserts to share
- refillable water bottle (labeled with name)s
- Halloween costume (optional) for Saturday night party
- sleeping bag or blankets
- pillow
- camp pad or extra blanket (I have not been able to confirm if the bunks have camp mattresses on them or not)
- camp chairs (if desired)
- extra pairs of shoes and socks (in case the first pair get wet!)
- flash lights and extra batteries
- toiletries
- toilet paper
- towel (some Scout always manages to find out how deep the stream is)
- personal first aid kit
- fishing pole/tackle
- book to read

What not to bring:
- electronics for the youth (tablets, phones, etc... / adults please be discreet in your usage)
- Alcoholic beverages (as per BSA Policy)

Only Scouts who have earned their whittling chip are permitted to use pocket knifes. The Scouts should have their whittling chip with them if they wish to use a knife.

If you have not submitted your $5 per person, please bring it to the cabin with you.
